Optical interconnection technologies is a group with focus on packaging and intecronnection technologies for micro-optics and photonics. The group resides within a world leading electronics packaging institute and transfers experiences and packaging approaches from industrial electronic to the optical domain. For quantum technologies we offer glass integrated waveguides, fiber interconnections, micro-assembling of optics, and vacuum-compatible packages.
